British bank Aldermore launches 100% LTV mortgage
Aldermore a New British bank will be launching a mortgage designed for underserved 1st time buyers to help get on the housing ladder.
They have named it ‘Family Guarantee Mortgage’ and this is available for a loan up to 100% LTV and is ideal for people or family who dont have large cash deposits.
The mortgage has a three year fixed rate of 6.48% and parents, step-parents or grandparents will be asked to provide a guarantee secured against their residential property for the amount of loan above 75% LTV.
